Gate Entry (Swiftlane system):
We have upgraded our Front Entry Gate Access and Intercom system for our community! The new system is a modern, update friendly, more secure solution AND will no longer need clickers. Each unit will be issued 2 RFID windshield stickers (additional can be purchased) to adhere to your respective windshield. The gate will automatically open upon pulling up! (no more lost clickers!). If you have an RFID tag, please install on the top of the inner windshield for smaller vehicles and at the bottom of the windshield for larger vehicle. Read through the entire message for important features including downloading the app so you have a seamless entry system.

Feature Summary
Some highlights to the new features are the following:
- Multiple access methods
- Access code - If you forget your phone or car, then your personal access code opens the gate
- App controlled entry (no more hopping out of an Uber to key in your code)
- Hands free entry (while driving) - RFID windshield sticker
- Siri enabled access
- Apple watch access and CarPlay compatible
- Each resident can issue visitor/vendor codes (either single or multi-use), examples, Residents can:
- Give time based unique realtor codes for open houses, they will automatically expire
- Update their Amazon profile with a specific multi-use code
- Set up house cleaners codes with specific day/times for entry
- Give contractors their own specific (and expiring) code
- Keep their personal access code secret and regenerate one on demand (self managed)
- Note: The better each resident helps manage access codes, the better to minimize un-invited visitors on property
- Video based calls, controlled by you. You decide whether to use video or not.
- Each Maintenance group (trash, pool, landscape) will have their own access code which is schedule based
- Self destructible RFID tags (if someone tries to remove it, no longer works)
- No more lost clickers!
- No more programming your Homelink system in your respective car!

Intercom Directory Listing
All current residents will be listed on the Intercom Directory with the following format:
<first initial> <last name>
If you do NOT want to be listed on the Intercom Directory please let us know and we can easily remove you from the directory.
